Where I live is located 5 min from the city center. São Leopoldo is culturally known as the birthplace of German colonization due to the coming of nineteenth-century German immigration to Brazil. It is 30 km from the capital Porto Alegre / RS. The train is a block and a half where I live. It travels to the capital in approximately 45 minutes for a very low cost. Current price 2017 -
R $ 1,70 (round trip) Also with easy access to the airport (train / aeromóvel) and bus station of the capital. In the neighborhood we have the famous Sanctuary of Father Defendants very visited by tourists. The Unisinos train station - has free passage to the University of Vale dos Sinos / Unisinos. The location of the apartment is in a gated community, with 24 hour concierge, totally safe and with surveillance cameras. It is located 5 minutes from the center of São Leopoldo. With leisure area, sports court. Being on the 15th floor has a privileged view of the city. The available room has two single bed and a wardrobe. Here, I live with my poodle dog, very close and quiet.
We have some rules of condominium, for example: restrictions of the noise in some schedules, separation of the organic and dry trash, authorized entrances.
The best season is from September because of the weather.
I have free movie tickets for an escort every Saturday ... movies that will debut.

We are 500 km from the Brazilian border with Uruguay.

If you need to use the kitchen you should leave it organized and clean as well as the bathroom.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
