My wife and I live in a two bedroom apartment in a condo in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, near the University of Vale dos Sinos, São Leopoldo, 32km from the state capital, Porto Alegre. We are a traditional young couple that enjoys a healthy leisure activities in group and love to travel.

About the Area
Our apartment is located on the west side of São Leopoldo, Residential Condominium in Acapulco, in a quiet and safe neighborhood called St. John the Baptist, who has by his side the City Zoo, is three blocks from the interstate highway BR-116 and is very close to the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos, which is the largest private university in the south of Brazil! The bus stop is in front of the condo, there is a market a block and various other public and commercial services around. We are 4 miles from the city center and only 20 minutes drive from Salgado Filho International Airport. The city center is quite busy, especially in the traditional Independence Street, also known as Grand Street, where they are the most popular boutiques and shops and the best cafes, bars and restaurants. The city of São Leopoldo is known as the cradle of German immigration to Brazil, with historic buildings, museums and typical architecture.The natural people here are very polite and maintains a mix of traditional cultures and gaucho German.

House Rules
Smoking inside the house is not allowed. There is a large open area in the condominium in which smoking is permitted. The place is very safe, but we recommend careful to keep the house with the locked front door to leave. Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean it after using it! Keep noise to a minimum after midnight, as it is a residential condominium. Do not invite other people to come into our house without me before combining. Enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would treat your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
