I live in the west, in a prime area of the city of São Paulo, and close to the Butantã and Morumbi meter. Has points of buses, malls and shops nearby, as bakery, pharmacy, newsstand and supermarket in the street above. My apartment is in a quiet area, making it possible to do everything on foot. Thursday and Sunday is next Tuesday, with fruit and cakes of all flavors. Make available access to intenet, full gym of the building itself, court and pools. The breakfast is included, and my Shared food. TV with net now, movies and video game layout. Towels and bedding. Low floor and spacious balcony, hitting sun all day. I ask only that you rinse it is used, with personal or shared equipment (like sweaters and socks, or spoons and dishes.) I'm 23 years old and live with a super playful pug puppy. One has to love animals and understand that it also incorporates the family. (Photos on the site, risk of falling in love). I lead a healthy life and love practical outdoor activities. Out, see new places and traveling. I love company. The hosts will have their own room, bed linen, towels and lockers. I speak Portuguese and a little Spanish, I seek people who speak Spanish and who want to improve or learn Portuguese, to exchange culture and knowledge.
I want to extend the bonds for long-time, or for life. Build a real and internal relationship.
This is not a guest but a new family member.

My apartment is in a safe and quiet street in the west. With the Sugar Loaf supermarket, a bakery, two laundries, and restaurants alongside. In addition to a panel, 4-point bus, and two malls 1.6 km from home. Metro close. Nun Thursday and Sunday on the street above. Newsstand inside the bakery.

House Rules
At home does not have much freshness, so I ask only four things:
First: I have small dog at home, you need not care or like, just respect. He's family.
Second: Wash your own thing, and mutual belongings after use. Guard them.
Third: Okay smoking, but the external side of the house, preferably in the condo. Other drugs are not allowed.
Fourth: Any broken or damaged object must be repaired or replaced. (This includes general mode of appliances which will be available 24 hours for porpocionar the guest greater flexibility to carry out their tasks, meals and entertainment.)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
