I live in a fit 100 square meters, Currently live alone and my family live next to my house. I would say my house is very comfortable with a large living room, balcony, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one suite, room for the guest is comfortable, the house has a large dining room. The kitchen is new. And the bad is 500 meters from the Ibirapuera Park.

About the Area
My flat is located about 800 meters from the subway station Mariana village and 500 meters from one of Ibirapuera park entries. The zero point of the town square of the Cathedral is 5 km, there are two bus lines 50 meters from my house going towards the city center. Av. Paulista is 3.9 km away. And yet we are located in a very quiet street with night surveillance, and around there are dozens of bars.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, the kitchen and the laundry room can be used, I ask only That You keep it clean and tidy. And is not permitted noise because we are in an apartment, This Could disturb the neighbors. And if you invite someone please let me know in advance, However will not be allowed to stay at night.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
