I live in a 6 bedroom house in the Butantã neighborhood, close to the subway and other conveyances. I have two beautiful kittens and a dog. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The house is brick, super hot in tree-lined street. The living room is very large and cozy. The dining room is high, overlooking the living room. There are bathrooms next to the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is very cute, all decorated next to the dining room. I love coffee and we can have a few cups of coffee together, exchanging conversations. The whole house has wooden floors and rustic furniture. The rooms have a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. It seems Farmhouse. I love plants and always distribute throughout the house.

About the Area
My house is located in the western region of São Paulo, in a quiet and leafy neighborhood. The house is next to the USP. It is close to the subway and other lines, such as buses and taxis, which are 4 blocks away from the house. Near the house there are restaurants, drugstores, supermarkets, shopping center, hairdressers, everything you need. The house has a beautiful view of the city.

The use of drugs is not permitted. Parties cannot be held in the house. Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean it after using it. Do not invite strangers to sleep in the house. It is not allowed to listen to music at high volume. Treat my home like you would your own home.

Roberta was wonderful! The room I stayed in was absolutely perfect with a gorgeous view of the area. Roberta is helpful and kind and patient (with a great sense of humor!). The location is an easy walk to the metro, grocery store, and whatever else you may need. Highly recommend!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
