A house located in the interior of Teresópolis (in the rural area) in the state of Rio de Janeiro located in the middle of an exuberant Atlantic Forest. Ideal for practitioners of Ecotourism and Mountaineering, as Teresópolis has just been considered the capital of Brazilian mountaineering. And also for those who would like to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of big cities, this is the ideal place. Specifically about the location, it is in a rural area where there are many vegetable crops, here all types of establishments such as markets, bakeries, drugstores and restaurants are not close by, on the other hand there is efficiency in delivery services. The house I will be booking is a whole house that is next to mine, it will have all these facilities as I filled in the options. And we also allow small animals in the house, in our space there are other animals such as dogs (4) and cats (4) that roam freely in the space and that do not bother anyone because they are super friendly, with the exception of the guard dog that is only released at night and for safety reasons as the place is inside a forest. In addition to me and my animals, my family comes to visit me from time to time, but they stay at my house since I'm going to rent the attached house.

About the Area
Our house is located in a rural area (with many crops) of the city where there is a large resort and very quiet and safe, some markets, commercial points and a lot of nature, public transport has a certain difficulty to come here and it works according to schedules .

House Rules
- the dogs walk freely through the space but do not enter the house.
- if they want to use the pool and go to the barbecue, I have the habit of arresting them.
- the guard dog as I said in the description of the space, I release it at night to protect the space since the house is inside a forest, if you want to do something at night just talk to me and I'll leave you trapped for a while, but after that come home, I'll be dropping again.
- at night the law of silence prevails. No loud sound, the sound needs to be ambient.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
