Spacious loft, artistically designed only with natural materials-wood and stones giving the feeling of home coziness. High wooden ceilings. Situated on the top, 6th floor with unique view. Lots of space, light, windows, different shapes and corners. The big terrace is overlooking to the "white lungs" of Sofia - Vitosha mountain, which is only half an hour away by car. The small terrace looks at the romantic old city roofs. The apartment is 100 sqm, 2 bedrooms, living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen ready to use, (a hot-plate, a coffee-maker, a fridge and a set of dishes). Bathroom with a WC, and a bath-tub. Mobile WiFi. The apartment is in the heart of Sofia on a green, quiet street and very convenient for sightseeing, besides all cafes and restaurant around. Popa-the central meeting spot of all people living in Sofia is just on the next corner. All famous spots are within walking distance.
Metro, bus, tram transport to airport and bus/ rail station just 2 minutes from the building.
The owners are a Cuban-Bulgarian couple who loves to travel and discover the world and its people.
We speak English, Spanish, Bulgarian, some Russian and German.

About the Area
We are located literally in the heart of Sofia. Around the corner is Popa-a statue of a Bulgarian Patriarch where all people would arrange a meeting at any time.
Down the street is the National Palace of Culture-the biggest venue for Film Festivals and fairs.
The biggest and most beautiful park of Sofia is just across the street.
Along the tram line of Graf Ignatiev you find markets, shops, caffees-it is one of the most popular Sofia streets. Continuing down this street you get to The National Theater, Vitosha street-the main walking street.
Down Patriarch Evtimii blvd. you get to the Sofia University building, the Parliament, Alexander Nevski cathedral -the biggest on the Balkans. And all this directions within 10 minutes walking!

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
