Large home in Central location close to all amenities. walking distance to parks, stores, recreational facilities. Run a community support home. have 3 cats, one dog Safe neighborhood with a park and trail behind house. High speed internet, large kitchen, nice bedroom with queen bed. Parent working in home and in the community. Busy house, nice kitchen area with balcony to enjoy. Love to barbeque year round. We eat organic and healthy food. Sometimes we have baked sweets to endulge in. Have hosted many university students from a variety of countries.

About the Area
Our house is located of the east side of Abbotsford. The bus is at the end of the street. Walking distance to shopping (10 minutes), coffee shops and recreational facilities. Lots of hiking trails in the neighbourhood. Parks and other amenities are also close and in walking distance. One hours drive to Vancouver BC and 2.5 hours to Seattle Washington. Ten minute drive to the border.

House Rules
Turn lights off when not in use, clean up after y ourself. House has alarm so ensure you turn on or off. No guest without asking. Keep noise to a minimum.

It felt like a calm home thanks to Heather. There is everything you need for stay and she will make you feel comfortable as possible. Nice lady & nice house.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
