There are 3 of us in our family that live here. My son and his wife, and myself. Of course the animals too!! We have a friendly boxer who is a retired service and therapy dog. The cat who is the ruler of the house and extremely friendly is Zeus. Our home is quite large and spacious, with a big back and front yard. We are walking distance from town, in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Our home is located very close to bus stops, and parks. The new High Street Mall is just minutes up the road.

About the Area
Our home is located on west side of Abbotsford beside the new High Street Mall, which is within walking distance. Town is also within walking distance, and we have a bus stop right at the bottom of our road. We are approximately 40 minutes from Vancouver, 25 minutes from Chilliwack. Lots of malls, and trendy cafes, bars and restaurants, and boutiques, parks, trails etc. Our neighbourhood is a friendly one and we all take care of each other. We also have a park 10 minutes walking distance away. You will enjoy the central location we are located at.

House Rules
Keep noise to a minimum after 11:00, keep the home secure, use the alarm, please do not invite strangers into our home unannounced, just ask us before you plan to have a friend over, clean up after yourself, and enjoy your stay as if it was your own home. The Music Studio is off limits. I will provide dinner for an extra $10.00

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
