Welcome to our clean, quiet and inviting space in a great location of beautiful Burnaby.
This family friendly cozy room will comfortably accommodate you.
Our home is sat at a tranquil neighborhood, which is few steps to a beautiful Robert park. This lovely huge park has an outdoor pool opening in summer, children play yard (our kids love it a lot) and picnic spots.
The suite has its own entrance with shared living room, and bathroom.
We are two professionals who work in Computer and Accounting fields. We reside with two kids right upstairs and will be available to answer all your questions and queries as you settle in.

You can get to my home from the airport via bus or taxi in 35 munites
5 minutes to Edmond Community Center, where you can enjoy your day while spending time in the indoor pool or gym.
Easy commute to Highway # 1, High Gate Mall, Metro-town Shopping Mall and restaurants as well as groceries markets.

Access the house from back lane and park your car at our car pot in the garage
No smoking, no drugs, or drinking ( DRUNKS - I am not saying you can't have a drink or 2 with dinner) inside the house.
No pets.
No guest will be brought in
Quiet time from 10:30 pm to 9 am.
Kindly remove your shoes at the door as there is a shoe plate to place them on. Slippers are available or feel free to bring your own.
Leave things clean and tidy as you found them.
No need to make up the beds or wash the linens upon your departure, but kindly do your best to leave it reasonably clean.

I had an amazing one month stay at Madalene and Tims home they were very accomidating to me. They have a beautiful family and are very friendly I'd highly recommend to have the as your hosts. Their home is very nice with a beautiful Garden.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
