I live in a quaint suburb of Burnaby a suburb of Vancouver BC. I have a cat that I share with another neighbour ,Eddy is very cuddly and friendly.
I live in a ground floor condo with a large patio filled with flower bearing garden. Very quiet location that is really close to all types of transit and very close to shopping and all kinds of tourist attractions. I have an open concept condo with gas fireplace ,bright and airy south facing exposure.
Very quiet complex close to restaurants, pubs and swimming pool and library.
My neighbourhood is quaint in that it has a small town feel in a large city environment. The area is full of m any family run businesses and we have a blend of italian, oriental and caucasian families

About the Area
I live in a great little community that is perfect in every way. I am close to all amenities that include transportation for buses and sky trains to all parts of our city. Transit stops are 1-2 blocks away and lead to downtown Vancouver or to SFU. Main street is lined with many international type resturants and shopping. Grocery stores are close by as well. All can be accessed by walking 1-5 blocks. There is an amusement park close by as well as many gyms, swimming pool and recreation centre. All major shopping centres are about 15-20 minutes away as are movie theatres.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
