We are a young family. Two professionals working from home and 3 very respectful and playful children. The community is Family oriented, very quiet and calm neighborhood "close to everything location". Transit options all around the area.
The house is a two floor, we are mainly in the second floor with three bedrooms and our office and we have 3 fully furnished bedrooms downstairs for hour home stay students, and 2 washrooms, we would love to have you and share this beautiful space with you. You can use a separate entrance. Your room has a queen size bed with high quality fresh white linens, fully equipped small kitchen if you need to prepare lunch, you have a small living room for your use and study space.
Your bedroom and washroom is cleaned periodically and all utilities are included. I will set up the fridge for you and you will always have your tea and coffee station ready so you have a great day!
No smoking permitted inside or in the property, no parties or gatherings. No pets.

About the Area
This is a lovely are. Lots of seniors and young families with kids in the area. Walking distance to various bus stops, very close to Edmonds station and lots of ammenities close by.

If you need to smoke you can do it across the street. (Lots of our neighbors cross the street to do so because our next door neighboors are seniors with some health issues)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
