We have 5 bedrooms for rent.
Homestay for international students looking for a quiet, safe environment and caring family.
We are family of 4. We have 2 girls.
My wife is a University Math tutor. You can get a Tutor job if you can tutor students.
I was a National player of Lawn Tennis and we have 8 Tennis courts around at walking distance.
My whole family plays Tennis. You can also learn Tennis from us.
We have a 2 level house fully furnished with private entry to both Levels.

Lower level has 3 bedrooms with closets, 1 full washroom with stand up 36"x48" shower, new Kitchen, dining, living room, 2 storages and separate entry.
Upper Level has 3 bedrooms, 2 full washroom with tub, shower, kitchen, dining, living room, laundry.
We live at the Upper Level and we like to rent 3 bedroom basement.
Size of Bedrooms are very good (15'6"x12'4", 10'10"x12'5", 11'7"x12'4")
You will have access to your own kitchen too.
We have no pets.
No smoking in the house.
High Speed internet wifi
Fully furnished.
You can provide your own bedding, bathroom mat and towels, and kitchen linens. But if need be I have already purchased for you.
Home is very clean and conveniently located in Chilliwack Downtown

About the Area
The house is centrally located with gorgeous views of surrounding mountains from all bedrooms, Living room. The house is full of natural light with the privacy you would expect. Its close to all Civic amenities. Its accessible to all Tourist places and other outdoor activities. There are three bedrooms and one full bathroom in the house, and works well for a group of friends. Walking around the area is the best way to experience it and the town has done a great job of illustrating this in a series of brochures with suggested walking tours and gives some history on this area.

House Rules
- Please respect our home.
- No eating meals in the bedroom. Snacks/munchies are ok.
- Absolutely no unregistered guests without prior approval.
- No entry after 9 pm, no cooking after 9 pm
- Every guest is required to keep the washroom and kitchen clean.
- Garbage should be put in the garbage bin and not left outside.
- Absolutely no drugs of any kind - alcohol is ok in limit.
- Absolutely no smoking in the house and if you do, smoke outside. Please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash.
- Laundry available with washer and dryer 1 load every week.
- We allow animals in the house with extra charge and approval from other guests.
- Please always lock the front door when you leave and be courteous to the neighbors.
- If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let us know ASAP.
- Unreturned and/or lost house keys will be charged a 50$ replacement fee.
-Do not move the furniture.
You must also acknowledge:
- If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1000
- Surveillance or recording devices on property - Our external premises are equipped with surveillance and security system.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
