Hello! We are a family of 3, one mother and two daughters living in beautiful Burquitlam.
We have TWO spare bedrooms available for any FEMALE STUDENT looking to rent.
Ages 16-25
We are looking for something long term preferably, minimum of 3 months.
The rooms include your own desk, closet, and bathroom with two sinks that will not be used by us, it’s all yours!
We live walking distance to Burquitlam skytrain station, and we have a bus stop right in-front of the house.
Breakfast and dinner will be included, so is laundry.

Quiet and safe area, very family friendly and dog walkers everywhere!
In the middle of burquitlam and lougheed skytrain station.
Lougheed town centre is a bus ride away and many parks around as well.

House Rules
No smoking/alcohol/drugs/vape.
No bringing friends/strangers into our home, especially boys.
No outside shoes inside the house.
No cooking in the kitchen, you will have access to your own fridge and microwave though!
Please lock the door when you come in and leave.
Curfew is 11pm (discuss with renter).
Keep your area clean and tidy.
Laundry done once a week.
*Payment*
- On the 30th of each month. No late payments allowed!
- If you plan on leaving or shortening your stay, I would need 30 days notice. If less than 30 days notice, 50% of the monthly payment will be due.
- Lost house key: $50 fee
- Payments accepted via cash or e-transfer.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
