Your private room in an apartment with a real Queen Bed. It is located close to Ottawa and the Byward Market, Gatineau's Promenades, grocery stores, restos and bus stops. In the apartment you'll find: a big smart TV, Netflix, Wifi, breakfast (coffee, tea, bread, toast, butter, jam), bikes, helmets and chairs included for you to enjoy for free. If you are a group of 3, there is an additional single air mattress for you. Just ask us about it.
My wife and I will be happy to be your host. We live in the apartment, we'll be sharing the bathroom. Questions? English, French and Spanish.

About the Area
This is a mature neighborhood with a large park just a few minutes from here. The new Sport Center has an Olympic sized pool, gym, and you can practice many other sports activities one kilometer away. There are two grocery stores within an 8 minute walk of our place (Maxi and Super C). Within a 10 minute walk there is a Walmart, Canadian Tire, and the large, newly re-modeled Mall of Canada Promenades that includes many restaurants and stores. There are many restaurants and bars to try in the area. Our neighborhood will make you feel safe and at home which will provide the perfect base to explore this beautiful region. Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
- No shoes inside the apartment.
- No smoking inside the apartment or in the balcony. If you want to smoke, you have to go outside the building. If you're planning to smoke something else marijuana, this is NOT the place for you.
- No pets allowed.
- Please be mindful and respectful of the neighbors, keep the volume down, especially after 9pm.
- No one other than the people listed on the reservation are staying overnight in the apartment.
- No food inside your room allowed. Please use the dinning room.
- Every room has its own heat thermostat, just adjust it according to your need. Ideal temperature is between 18C to 22C.
- Lighting candles not allowed.
- Parking included for free: please park in the unnumbered spots in the front, it means in the spots for visitors. You will find them at the very right and left of the parking lot of the building.
If you have any other question, please do not hesitate and ask us. We really want you to feel comfortable.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
