The best thing about this home is it's location. Being 5 minutes away from shopping, dinning , multiple coffee shops it is sure to satisfy. Canadian Brew House is always a great place to go for drinks and food with it's outstanding service you will be sure to go back.
The living room is cozy and has a 50" smart tv and dedicated account with amazon prime under Airbnb. There are free content channels as well.

The home was built in 2005 and is 1250sq ft. It features two leaves plus a unfinished basement. Living room, kitchen and half bathroom are on the main levels while the main bathroom and 2 bedrooms are on the second level along with the linen closet.
The living room and bedrooms have smart tv's while the home is equipped with Wi-Fi 6 to ensure a strong and stable connection throughout the home. The home has everything you need to cook a meal. During the warmer times of year there is a front deck to enjoy your favorite book and cup of coffee.
Basement - Is were I reside along with my dog that loves treats and attention.
Sleeping - Your room is on the top floor along with the main bathroom. In your room, there is a smart tv, a full-length mirror, and a comfortable bed from Hush
Main Bathroom - There is soap, shampoo & conditioner as well as a hairdryer.
Linens are in the closet across from the main bathroom
Parking - In located in front of the house. There is an outlet by the front door if you need to plug in your vehicle
Living Room - Is spacious and has comfortable leather recliners, a workstation, and a 60-inch smart tv. You might even find some jars of sweets. You to enjoy.
Kitchen - Has everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal. The table seats four. You will find a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots & pans, toaster, and rapid boil toaster. You will find all the spices above the stove and space for dry goods in the top corner cupboard. For any leftovers, there are storage containers in the cupboard to the left of the kitchen sink. Fresh products are not supplied.
Guest access - Is through the front door. There is a closet for jackets and an area for footwear. Keycodes will be provided prior to check-in.
Home Security - Aside from the keyless entry, there are cameras located on the outside of the home. There are two cameras on the front of the home and one on the garage.

Parking
Parking is available in front of the house and on the right side of the parking pad in front of the garage. For those cold days an extension cord will be provided on request to ensure your vehicle will start.
Home
Outdoor footwear is to be left on the storage mat by the front door. Guests are free to use indoor footwear.
When leaving the home pull the door toward you prior to pushing the lock button to ensure the door locks securely

Kitchen
Cleaning supplies are located in the closet beside the bathroom on the main floor. As well as under the kitchen sink. You are welcome to use either the drying tray or dishwasher. Please you the light setting when using the dishwasher.
In the kitchen there is a garbage can and a blue bin for recycling. When the garbage is full there are more garbage bags in the cleaning closet and the garbage can in on the parking pad in from the garage.
The kitchen is your to cook and enjoy as is the home in general. Please respect the property and clean up after so the space is available to others
Your Room
The smart tv has multiple free content channels as well as Amazon Prime, Paramount Plus, Crave and TSN.
Eating and drinking in the rooms is not allowed any damage will be passed on to guests
When using the tv. We ask guests that choose to login using their own subscription and language to please log out and ensure that the device is set back to English so other guests can use the tv
Visitors
Each booking is reserved for a maximum of 2 people. As listed an additional charge will be applied if this limit is exceeded.
There are no parties, smoking, vaping allowed. These are strictly prohibited.
Check Out
Check out is by 11 am and later check out can result in an additional fee due to limited time to prepare the space for the next guest. if you have any questions please send me a message and I will respond shortly.

Quiet and cozy
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
