You'll find this home is tucked away on a quiet street situated on a fully landscaped lot backing onto greenspace. The open concept layout is accentuated by the elegant and trendy finishes that flow throughout, upgraded electrical and stair lighting embellish the modern features, the mother-in-law suite is soundproofed from the main level.

Our home is located on the east side of Lloydminster. Walking distance to the Gold horse casino and Tim Hortons. Green space in the back with path for walking :)

House Rules
Guest should have all dishes put in dishwasher and turned on before leaving.
If possible strip bedding and pillow cases and put sheets in washer for cleaners as they have short window to get everything done before next guests arrive.
No using shower with bathroom door open most likely the smoke detector will go off and fire department will be sent to the house.
Long term tennants rents basement suite. Completely seperate unit.Separate entrance , kitchen and washer and Dryer .You won't even see them.
No smoking in the house or the garage.
No walking in the house with outside shoes on .
No cutting food on counter please use cutting board it will scratch the counters.
Be respectful with noise level, as both neighbors beside the house have young children.

Lock the doors when nobody is at the house ! Press lock button on keypad when leaving.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
