We live in a house located in Markham surround with 5 beautiful parks and trails. We have 5 people living here that enjoy eating in the kitchen sharing their stories. We speak in English & Chinese. We have 2 bedrooms, one for two people and the other one is for single. Sharing washroom and kitchen. We also have a living room with a 55" TV using a TV box. (no cable)

About the Area
We are surrounded with 5 beautiful parks and trails within 3 mins. - 25 mins. walk. A 5 mins. walk to TTC bus stop that takes you to the Subway Station and Scarborough Town Centre or York Regional Bus stop the street. A 5 mins. walk to a Plaza consisting of FreshCo. Supermarket, bank, Shoppers Drug Mart, and many different restaurants. If you to visit more shops, banks grocery shops, restaurant, etc. There is Markville Mall, which you can reach within 7 mins. by car. Also 3 Go Train Stations nearby (Centennial, Markham, Mount Joy) with lots of parking spaces. We're not to far from all the major highways (401,404,407). We also have top ranking schools here. Stonebridge Public School, Pierre Elliott Trudeau High School, Markham District High School, St. Brother Andre Catholic High School, Bur Oak Secondary School within the surrounding area, anywhere from 10 mins. to 20 mins. walking distances.

House Rules
**Strictly no walking around the unit with your outside shoes on.
- Treat our place and respect just like your place.
- No parties or social event, or large gathering of people from outside.
- Please do not remove the remote TV, TV box control from the unit, when you leave.
- No Smoking of any kind.
- Do not stain the towels PLEASE.
- Do not remove something that you like to have.
- Do not clog the toilet.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
