I am Course Coordinator for a company that creates online courses living in a 2 bed room and 2 bathroom condo with an open-concept living and dining room with kitchen attached to it. In addition, I have balcony that is big enough to eat and barbecue during the summer. I live in Ville Emard, on the south-west borough of Montreal which is 10- minute drive from downtown or 40 minutes taking public transportation. Also, there are two buses that go to different lines on the Metro. My home is 20 minutes away by bus and metroto Concordia, both campuses Downtown and Loyola location. Ideal if you are studying at McGill, Concordia, Universite de Montréal, Ecole Brebeuf or one of the language schools.
Right next to the Lachine Canal where you can walk, run, bike or roller-blade. My home is a 5 minute walk to Centre Gadbois which has an Olympic size pool as well as several gyms close by. Ville Emard is a cozy neighbourhood that has a good selection of cafés, bars, diners and restaurants.

About the Area
Located in South-West Montreal, I am right next to the Lachine Canal.
I am also 10 minutes away from downtown Montreal: , where all the shopping is, restaurants, nightlife, clubs and bars, museums (Beaux-Arts) etc., and located Champlain bridge, and highways 10, 15, 20 and 720 for a quick getaway out of the city.

House Rules
Please keep my home secure and lock the front door when entering and leaving the condo.
Please make sure to switch off all lights, turn off all appliances when leaving the condo.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after!
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you
Guest are welcome to pass by or visit as long as you are there in the condo. If they stay overnight must stay in your room and leave when you leave.
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
