My cool, comfortable, bright, spacious, very clean, cozy and only 1 year old 4 bedroom house has a true city feelings, is centrally located in quite and safe street, yet you're only a few short minutes from University of Ontario and Durham College with easy access to all restaurants, shopping mall, parks and in all varsity surroundings. Great home for students. I am was born in the Philippines and leaving there in Canada for almost 28 years now. My husband and i we're married now for 15 years. My family loves to travel and meet new friends. We love watching movies, dine out and even stroll around the community together. I've been bless to have happy family. And we want you to be part of our family even though only for a short time.

About the Area
Our house is located at town of Oshawa Durham Region. We are on the north side of Oshawa in a quiet and safe suburb. you can take the main intersection of Conlin Road and Bridle Road or to Simcoe and Britannia. A few minutes away from University of Ontario and Durham College its great house for students. Our house is only 2 minutes walk to the bus stop number 3127 bus number 417 of Durham Bus Transit and there are lots of options using this stop. The are is full of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes drive to Oshawa Mall.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
