Our house is about 15-20 minutes away from the downtown area, close to almost all kind of amenities like 3 big grocery stores, shopping malls, fine dinning restaurants, community with public swimming pool, fitness facilities and public library. accessible to all kind of public transport, 5-8 minutes walk to the sky train (subway) station and about 300 meters to the bus stop.
We have been hosting visitors ad international students coming to Vancouver to visit or study English as a second language for about 17 years now and still loving it. We are down to earth people and easy to get along with. It will be a privilege and honour to welcome you to Vancouver and enjoy the hospitality of our Homestay.

We live very quiet and friendly neighbourhood east side of Vancouver. It is a middle income family and we all strive to have a clean and peacefully community. It about 40 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes away from the downtown area.

Charles is a really kind and nice person. I was very happy. His meal is delicious. If I'll return to Vancouver I'll really would like to stay there again. I enjoyed to stay here. Absolutely recommend it!!

Charles is very nice and friendly. He takes good care of his guest. Meals were quite good. I dont think I can find any other better places, considering its location and price!

Alice and Charles are very kind and always willing to help and give advice about Vancouver. The food Alice cooked was delicious. It is easy to get to the city by Skytrain.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
