I also expect your profile to have a current and proper photo of you. If you don't and confirm a booking please note I will require a copy of photo ID to be emailed to me PRIOR to your arrival. I expect the same of my guests as I provide as a host = safety as I am fully Googleable so you can see who I am. I'm a single professional woman who is a global traveler. I am an experienced host and traveler on other similar platforms > the most famous one starts with an A and ends with a B :)
I travel a lot so you may have the house all to yourself or possibly be sharing with guests in the other room listed during your stay:) I've never had any problems or issues when guests have had to share but if you are not OK with this possible scenario then please don't request to book.
This space is perfect for an international student or guests of an international student studying at Niagara College (all campuses) or Brock University looking for accommodations close by to the college.
My home is close to the 406, WalMart, Canadian Tire and walking distance to downtown, bus terminal. Bus route to Niagara College at the doorstep and Regional transit from the bus terminal.
You are close to the Niagara Wineries, Clifton Hill, Port Colborne, Thorold (20 minutes drive) and so many other attractions, even Toronto is only 90 minutes drive away.

Older home in North Welland close to 406, WalMart, and downtown core, bus terminal. Niagara College bus route is at door step.
There is an 18 year old cat that lives here but she's not that interactive with guests, spends most of her day in basement where it's quiet. She comes up into the main part of the house only a few times a day and to go out in the backyard for some fresh air. She does not go into the bedrooms.

Ms. Silvia Valdman is a very kind hearted person, i was new to Niagara region but she helped me to adapt with the local area very well, as i was a student she helped me cope with the environment and took care of mine like a family member. Her house is very well kept and clean. I enjoyed my stay, and would strongly recommend this place to stay for everyone.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
