We have a 2 storey family home within walking distance to white rock beach and a 15 min walk to high school . There is bus that is 2 min from our house that takes a 5-10 min ride to shopping, library, aquatic centre. There is a bus right out front the high school.
We have a family of 6. 3 children are in there mid 20's and do not live at home. Our youngest just graduated high school last year and works full time, and will be preparing to attend college in September.
We have 2 cats and one big friendly lazy dog that sleeps all day and night, he’s not an active breed. Our family celebrates all special celebrations together and with our extended family too. They are friendly and accept everyone that comes along.
We all speak only English, our home has a bedroom on the main floor when you walk in with a large window that looks out into a treed front yard. Our back yard has a lot of trees, 2 kiwi trees and 2 apple trees. On the main floor beside the bedroom there is a living room that is the tv room and there’s a good sized bathroom with a shower.
We like to spend time together hanging out in the city of Vancouver it is only a 30 min drive, we like to bike the sea wall and enjoy the scenery eating out at cool cafes and shopping.
In the winter we like to go to movies and explore the Christmas lights. We are an active family that like to get out as much as possible and we also go to the gym to work out.
We do not drink or smoke, we have been a practicing Christian family for 20 years and attend church on Sunday mornings, faithfully pray daily.

our house is a 2 min walk to the bus , 15 min walk to beach and school. It takes 10 min to drive to shopping , aquatic centre , gyms , library . There are school parks and the beach . within walking distance and a convenience store .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
