Welcome to your private room in the New/peaceful Amber Trails neighbourhood!
This bedroom has a double bed and a closet you can use. Washroom is also located upstairs, just a few steps away from your room. It may need to be shared if we are accommodating another group of guests.

The space
Entrance will be through the double garage door with a code that will be given to you once confirmation is confirmed. You are welcome to use the kitchen, back patio and shoot around at the front where we have the basketball net. There are also 4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 which we have available for larger groups :)
Interaction with guests
Most of the time, there will just be my mom at the house. She usually just likes to relax in the living room. My dad on the other hand is always at work. Therefore, the house is very quiet and peaceful. If any questions/concern arise, you are always welcome to ask my mom for assistance

About the Area
Our place is located in a brand new/peaceful area of Ambertrails, northwest side of the city. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk from our front door where you would have lots of options in regards to route. There are also parks around the area and people jogging around in the morning. You are also welcome to have a nice coffee in our relaxing patio.

comfortable room and clean bathroom. Felt safe and secure here. Hosts did not speak English and I was unsure if breakfast was included. I did not take breakfast. No communication with hosts. Homestay Web listing was prepared by the daughter, but she does not live there, so not able to communicate well during stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
