About the Area

Our location is really the best you can imagine. Just 50 meters from the Bus Terminal of Curicó and Train Station, near Los Queñes, Radal 7 Tazas National Park, for summer tourism.
We have 4 rooms available for a total of 10 people with 2 shared bathrooms.

House Rules

Rules and policies:

1. Arrivals. For reasons of respect for the owners of the house and other guests, the maximum time of arrival is at 23.00 hrs. After that time the house will close its doors to allow everyone's rest.

2. Belongings of the guests. Guests are especially asked to take care of their belongings. The owners will not be responsible in any way for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings or anything else they own and that they have left in the room or the locker or any other part of the house for any reason, including theft or theft.

5. Property damage. The guest will be responsible for any loss or damage to the property of our house caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. This includes the furniture and all the equipment that is inside the house or its external space.

6. Rights of the owners. It is agreed that the guest who will behave in a respectable manner and will not cause any discomfort or annoyance within the premise of the house. No parties of any kind are allowed, including pajamas, alcoholic beverages under any circumstances, as well as any type of psychotropic medication within the home, including the entire perimeter where it is located.

The owners have the right to request any guest to vacate their room or other areas of the house immediately without prior notice and without reimbursement, or compensation in the event of noncompliance with the rules and policies of the property.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
