In the house we live flower, Simona and Celeste (grandmother, daughter and granddaughter). Our house has 2 floors. The first is a large room with tv, dvd and movies, the kitchen is fully fitted and patio. The second floor has the rooms, they are 5 and all have private bathrooms. We are 10 minutes walk to the city center, metro station that takes you to Valparaiso and restaurants, shops and bars. Very close to the beach and the casino city.

About the Area
Our house is located on the slope of Agua Santa, that's a 10 minute walk from the city center, is a residential, safe and quiet area. Two blocks away there is a bus stop to take you to any part of town. Four blocks away is the metro station that takes you to Valparaiso in 15 minutes and other nearby cities.

House Rules
Is puuede No smoking inside the house, if you can do it on the patio. We have a pet is a dog named Mota, so can not receive more. You can usat all public areas, and you'll be in your house, therefore, must take care, keep it tidy and clean what you should use. We deliver keys, so you can get when you want, but always respecting the sleep of others,

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
