the apartment is located fifteen minutes in walking distance south-east to Tiananmen square and five minutes in walking distance north to The Temple of heaven. the apartment has two living room and 1 Double bedroom available for homestay guests with Desk and Lamp, Radio, and TV in living room. the apartment is independent and no one sharing with you.

We have a boy of fsix years old. So we prefer to provide you homestay for free in return for your English teaching(talking)8hours per week. if you can promise less than 8hours per week. we can negotiate on rent discount. native english speaker is preferred.

there is another choice for female guest. we are living in an apartment in financial street in downtown near temple of moon park and 15minutes driving distance to the independent apartment mentioned above. the apartment has three bedrooms. if you would like to living with us. you can have your own bedroom and washing room. you should teaching my son english 10hours peer week in return for free living. you can email me to discuss details if you have interest. we also accept online english teaching if you are not in china before your arrival.

There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations. Your host Xu offers qualified language instruction in his native language Chinese. One hour of instruction costs 20.00 USD. The classes will be given by the host himself at the accommodation.
