About the Area
This place is perfect for you because it is located on the Isla de Manga, it is a safe and very strategic neighborhood in the city, it is close to places of tourist interest and the beautiful bay of Cartagena. In the area you find the San Sebastián del Pastelillo fort, green areas, sports parks, 24-hour minimarkets and drugstores, restaurants, ice cream parlors, banks, ATMs and a shopping center. Its privileged location allows you to walk 5 minutes to the Getsemaní neighborhood, 10 minutes from the historic center of Cartagena and 5 minutes from the San Felipe de Barajas fort.

House Rules
In this accommodation we guarantee that you will enjoy a family, safe and quiet environment. During their stay, GUESTS must follow the following guidelines and accommodation rules so that you have a pleasant lodging experience, with good coexistence and an unforgettable intercultural experience.
1. You must treat the host family kindly and respectfully.
2. Know that as a host family we are open to interacting, talking, exchanging culture or helping you practice Spanish if this were the purpose of your trip.
3. Friends of the guest are not allowed to enter the home, much less stay overnight in the host family's home.
4. Smoking is not allowed in the host home.
5. Avoid consuming alcohol in the host family's home or arriving in a high state of intoxication that may affect the peace of mind of the host family and that of the neighbors.
6. The use or possession of illegal drugs is not permitted in the home. If there is evidence of this, the guest cannot continue the stay in the host family's home and will be reported to the agency where the reservation was made.
7. The guest assumes responsibility for covering costs associated with any damage or loss caused by him to the property during his stay at the accommodation."
8. You must wear decent clothing while in the common areas of the home. Avoid wearing revealing clothing such as pajamas, a bathing suit, or going shirtless in the common areas of the home in the case of men.
9. Take care of the key to the house, do not lose it or lend it to anyone else, if you lose the keys it is your responsibility to replace it by having a copy made or pay to have a copy delivered to you.
10. We recommend that you make conscious use of electrical energy. Please turn off the air conditioning, room light and fan when you are not present. Also, unplug cell phone or computer chargers when you are not using them. Contributing to energy efficiency helps us all take care of our environment."
11. If you need to use the kitchen to prepare food, you must leave it clean and in good condition.
12. For guests with stays of 8 or more nights they can use the washing machine once a week. For stays of 7 nights or less, this service is extra for USD$6 per wash.
13. The use of the swimming pool is not included in the accommodation service.
14. On the day of check-in, the guest must fill out a link that we will share to provide us with information that is necessary to complete the TRA (accommodation registration card) and/or the SIRE in the case of foreign guests.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
