We are happy to warmly welcome you as our guest at the apartment Matej and we hope you will feel well and relaxed within our four walls. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people.
Continuing a 35 years tradition of our family we proudly present to you Matej apartmet. It is comfortable delightful family atmosphere apartment consisting of two badrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies and fully furnished kitchen. The balconies provides for a great place to have a meal with your family or friends or relax with your favorite drink and enjoy the sunrise or sunset view. In the evening you can enjoy the sparking lights if the Island Brac or see the lighted sky over the area.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities you would need and comforts of home.

Podstrana is a small tourist resort of Mediterranean atmosphere, embellished by dense vegetation and the natural gift of the clean sea in a picturesque and ecologically preserved area of this region, is an excellent choice for a getaway from everyday life.
The beautiful panoramic view towards the island of Brac, stretches along the coastal belt of the debt over six kilometers, which is abundant in sandy and pebbly beaches with pine trees.
Inhabitants are still engaged in agriculture (olives, peach orchards, vineyards ...).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
