Apartment with independent entrance on the second floor, with two comfortable rooms with private bathroom (hot and cold water). Balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen, TV, audio and electricity 220 V in common rooms in the apartment. Refrigerator for each room.Terrace Roof Garden on the third level with a panoramic view of the sea and the entire city with hammock facilities and beds for sunbathing or just relax, and areas for breakfast and dinner. Gastronomic services are provided, laundry, massage, barbershop. Taxis, Bus Tickets, Excursions to Natural Parks are managed. The daily room is serviced, and the bed linen is changed every two days. The supplies are replenished according to rotation or at the request of the clients. Each room has promotional folding of the city and the relationship of the services that are provided. In the living room is the book of the clients so that they can express their impressions and experiences about the service received. Upon arrival, customers are greeted with natural juice on the Roof Garden terrace.

Our house is located in the south west part of the primeval city of cuba, located at 20.3434371 of Latitude N and at -74.4961485 of Longitude W. A few meters from the Malecon of Baracoa, the Matachín Museum, the Archaeological Museum and the Boulevard .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
