Access room is shared with other guests and the host, however, each room has independently of the other. With separate bathroom and expansive views of Morro and Malecon Habanero, it rests on an imperial bed and air conditioning. Minibar, safe and incredible brightness, make the difference. It has hot and cold water 24 hours. We offer laundry services, telephony and gastronomy. These spaces rent have privacy, but are within a Cuban family home. You can use spaces and dining room where you can enjoy the most incredible view of Havana.

About the Area
It is the city of Havana transition between the old and the modern, the middle, hence the name. Belongs to the traditional center of the city, near the town Habana Vieja, you can walk to the historical center, access the most emblematic of Cuba: Capitol, Paseo del Prado, Gran Teatro de La Habana, Havana Cathedral, Plaza Vieja , to name a few. The culture is shown in various centers and institutions nailed in its territories like the School of Music "Amadeo Roldan" the Casa de la Musica Galiano, Jose Lezama Lima Museum, Casa de la Cultura "Joseíto Fernández", the Economic Society friends of the Country, which is one of the oldest institutions of Cuba and place of abode of the Institute of Literature. There are also three theaters the "America", the "Astral" and "Musical Theater" in which they have presented national and international talents. In addition, you can enjoy the Malecón in its most emblematic part and the system of fortifications Morro-Cabaña.
In the territory of Central Havana African and Hispanic origin of our people it is deeply rooted in existing societies that preserve their traditions. Chinese culture is also very present and its best example is the "Chinatown" where you can taste the culinary, arts and martial arts from that culture traditions.
Other notable places in this town are the "Callejon de Hamel" courtyard that exposes the creativity of Cuban artists, and where many cultural activities. Another place is the famous "Boulevard de San Rafael" for which they have browsed million people in their everyday comings and goings.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
