Apartment with independent entrance in modern building, second floor, with double room, air conditioning and fan, TV, private bathroom, hot and cold water, refrigerator, micro wave and telephone, with living and dining room, 4-burner stove and oven, with a small covered patio, with pleasant comfort, hygiene and security.
Its location is close to important and central avenues, such as the Calzada de Infanta and San Lázaro streets, as well as the University of Havana and La Rampa, in the neighboring area of the capital Vedado.
The tourist bus has its closest stop on L and 25 streets, very close to the building where the apartment is located.
When leaving the building the tourist can easily access both on foot or by car or buses to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, medical services, shops and other attractions of Havana, as well as visits to the historic center, as walking down Neptuno street can go to the important and historic Avenida del Prado to walk through the Central Park, the Acera del Louvre, the Gran Teatro de La Habana and its Alicia Alonso room, home of the National Ballet of Cuba and the National Capitol.

3. ALL VISITS OR ACCOMPANYING RECEIVING THE HOST NATIONAL AND FOREIGN MUST immediately report OWNER, PRESENTING THEIR IDENTIFICATION.
4. DO NOT ALLOW THE VISITS OF MINORS (MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS) UNLESS ACCOMPANIED COME YOUR GUARDIAN (A).
5. NOT ALLOWED ACTIVITIES ILLEGAL CONDUCT OR BY GUESTS. IF IN SUCH BEHAVIOUR INCURRIESEN and the owner could stop him, he shall inform the competent authorities.
6. DO NOT ALLOW THE AGENDA DISTURBANCE, COMPLY WITH THE RULES OF CIVIC COEXISTENCE AND PEACE OF MIND.
7. ALLOW ACCESS OF INSPECTORS, ACCOMPANIED BY THE OWNER OF ALL WHEN THESE HOUSING IN THE EXERCISE OF ITS FUNCTIONS required.
8. ALL BREAK OR LOST OR MEDIA INPUTS MUST PAY THE LIST PRICE AS, REFLECTED IN THE CLOSET ROOM.
IF SOME OF THESE RULES VIOLATE THE OWNER IS IN ALL YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL RIGHT AWAY THE LEASE OF HOUSING WITHOUT RIGHT TO CLAIM BY THE HOST.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
