Our house is of colonial architecture, is located in the heart of Havana, near the Capitol, the Malecón, "Old Havana" also near very famous restaurants, museums, bars and nightclubs. The room has a nice cozy decor; our kindness and affection will provide a pleasant stay. Enjoy a new and unforgettable experience that will have many memories.

About the Area
9 blocks is located on the north side the Malecón, a beautiful pedestrian promenade along the sea, over 8 km long. Eastward to 9 blocks away is the Capitolio (former mansion of government) and the historic center of Havana, the famous "Old Havana" with many famous restaurants like "El Floridita", "La Mimosa" "La Flor de Loto "and" Los Nardos ", experts in local and international cuisine. Also here are the Paseo del Prado and Cathedral.
There are close Exchange (Cadeca) and bank branches for all types of operations, including ATMs, as well as WiFi hotspots for Internet access.
If you take the central Avenida Carlos III to the west, you will meet the Revolution Square, the National Library and other buildings of interest. On the other side is "El Vedado" nearby.
You can reach all these places walking in the typical rickshaw or in "almendrón"
The place is centrally located in the heart of Havana and can reach any place of interest in no time.
There are also many bus stops nearby with routes to all Havana.

House Rules
We will be available at all times for any needs of our guests, plus my wife takes care of the daily cleaning, care and support to provide at any time. We will make you enjoy your stay at our motivation. Your stay in our home will not have any problems or involvement, because we give safety in your reservation and will be available for any questions or need.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
