Suitable for families or friends who want to have available an apartment to rent completely with two rooms and private bathrooms (NOT INCLUDING BREAKFAST), in the Center of Havana, 3 minutes from Trillo Park where there is Wifi, places to eat, bars, coffee shops, La Casa de la Rumba, Callejon de Hamell, a privileged location due to its proximity to Vedado, Malecón and Parque Central.
The building has a roof terrace or collective terrace where you can sit and drink a coffee or have your breakfast and enjoy the cool.

About the Area
Safe and typical Cuban neighborhood where people make their life on the street.
Area full of cafes, bars and restaurants with prices for all pockets, you can walk to many places such as Central Park, Malecón, Capitolio.
The bus stop is very close to the apartment, there are several lines.
There are also places where you can go to listen to Jazz music, or Cuban rumba.
In the Trillo park where you can rest or enjoy the people of the area can connect with the wifi, is 3 minutes.

House Rules
1.- Visits are not allowed inside the apartment.
2.- No parties or pets are allowed.
3.- Listen to music at low levels avoiding the inconvenience to neighbors.
4.- As of 8:00 at night, do not make noise that bothers the neighbors.
5.- We do not include breakfast, it starts at 8:30 until 10:30 in the morning, the payment is made daily.
6.- Smoking on the balcony.
7.- Payment of the accommodation is made upon arrival in cash, without the right to reimbursement.
8.- When using the climate device (air conditioning) close the window and door.
09.- Change of bed linen and towels once a week.
10.- Cleaning of the room once a week.
11.- We do not accept minors under 18, we do not have conditions in the apartment to have minors.
12, - For losses of keys, breakages of furniture, fittings or decorations of the apartment must pay in cash, according to the cost in the market of the retail network.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
