The house is located on Concordia Street in the neighborhood of Centro Habana, just 100 meters from the Callejón de Hamel, 5 blocks from the University of Havana and 7 from the Habana Libre Hotel. We rent 1 room located on the ground floor of the house, the room is bright and fresh, with a simple and comfortable design that guarantees an ideal stay for the enjoyment and rest of the guests, has air conditioning, 1 double bed and 1 exclusive bathroom for the guest with hot and cold water 24 hours and that has a hair dryer, also has natural ventilation.

About the Area
Our house is very well located, in the neighborhood of Centro Habana, the geographical center of all the points of interest of the city, it is one of the most sought after areas of Havana, with great cultural activity, close to areas of great interest tourist like the Capitol, the Central Park, the Great Theater of Havana and Old Havana, just 100 meters from the cultural center known as the "Callejón de Hamel", near banks, markets, shops, good local transport communication. Only 5 minutes from the historic center and the center of Vedado - "downtown" - where you can find cinemas, bars, restaurants, hotels, wifi areas.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
