My house on the first level has two separate parking. The second level consists of two separate rooms, the price that is published is per room as each has its pantry and separate terraces with very good atmosphere and a small pool that is included in the price if the reservation is for more than three days, but it is an independent service if requested by the customer. Both have TV and video equipment. The master bedroom has one double bed and one personal and the other room is smaller and has one double bed. Both are equipped with refrigerators and air conditioning, hot and cold water.
It can also be rented the entire floor as the structure of the house it is functional for both case and is a self contained house 1st level and offer a special price for special customers
Its location is north of the city 600 m from Park City consists of a lake where several recreational activities take place. Restaurants Water recreation rides equipment in and out of the water, a playground and many other activities q make the place a favorite place of young and old, locals and visitors

We felt welcome in this casa and 'Baby' took good care of us. The neighbourhood didn't felt really safe for two (blond) girls but she arranged a bike taxi for our dinner and also arranged a taxi who picked us up in the middle of the night. She also woke up for us; very sweet. Best regards, Kim and Lesley from Holland.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
