Hostal Litoral Caleton
The house was built by the family. Built on solid pillars, it shows a modern design, where white porcelain floors are combined with wooden carpentry and wide open spaces, where you can breathe, feel and embrace the sea breeze and the Caribbean sun.
We started the construction of the house, in the year 2012 and we finished it in the year 2017, starting in February of the same year 2017, the rent of rooms to tourism.
My name is Zoraida M Granda Diaz, I am a Specialist in
General Medicine and Master in Community Genetics.
With more than 30 years of experience in the health sector and worked
humanitarian aid brigades in Venezuela and Brazil.
I am married (35 years old), we have 2 daughters aged 30 and 21 and a 7-year-old granddaughter.
My husband's name is Wilfredo Filgueira Núñez, he is a graduate of Veterinary Medicine Technician and a graduate of Administration and Gastronomic Services.
Only my husband and I live on the property. Our daughters only do it occasionally. We do not have pets at home. None of our members smoke.
I am passionate about my family so I am very dedicated to their care. I collaborate with the Christian community to which I belong; I like to study, make new friends, art, reading, cooking, music.
I worry about the care of the people who visit me; that hygiene
, delicacy, good taste prevail in the house.
I participate in the preparation of the dishes, together with my husband who is an excellent cook. I also watch over the hygiene and quality of the food we prepare.
We care about the preservation and care of the environment.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are 200 meters from the center and just a second walk to the beach.
The bus stop is only 15 minutes walk from the house and this stop is used by several bus lines.
In the area, meals are served in rental houses that function as restaurants, there is a bar on the beach and 2 restaurants in the community

Genial experiencia.Zoraida y su marido son muy atentos y agradables.La casa estupenda y a sólo unos metros de la playa.Cenamos y desayunamos allí y ambas comidas excelentes y preparadas con mucho esmero.Recomendamos esta casa a todo el que visite la zona.

Zoraida and Wilfredo were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast and dinner they served were absolutely delicious, reflecting the local flavors. We had delicious fruit, fresh juice, very tasty pancakes and a lot more for breakfast and had a broad choice for dinner.
The warmth and helpfulness of Zoraida and Wilfredo truly enhanced our experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and delightful stay.October 2023

Gracias por acogernos tan bien, ser tan serviciales y querer compartir tiempo con nosotras. Hemos sido muy felices de conoceros en una etapa de nuestro viaje. El hostal está muy bien ubicado, la limpieza es impecable y los anfitriones siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos y a cocinarnos tan bien (comida vegetariana incluida ;) Mil gracias por todo, lo recomendamos 100%

Zoraida and her husband were great hosts. They were very friendly and helpful with tips, the wash etc. And they made a great dinner for us that we ate at their beautiful terrace with sea view. The rooms were not super big but have everything you need. We recommend this hostal!

One of the best accommodation we had in Cuba. The room was comfortable, the house is 1 minute walk from the beach. The owners were really helpful. And the food.. what can I say ? It was delightful, especially the shrimps.

If I could, I would forgive 10 out of 5 hearts! Zoraido & Wilfredo not only provided us with the highly recommended and delicious breakfast and dinner, we had in Cuba, they also surrounded us with love! The hosts were so loving that we stopped on our trip a second time! The rooms are very clean, hot water, best aircondition and always wifi. They are very helpful, Wilfredo has repaired my broken suitcase, so that he has kept the whole holiday and Zoraida has cured my earache promptly. And ... we had the best pinacoladas in all of Cuba. The sandy beach 50 meters away, less tourists and many excursion possibilities.

We loved our stay with Zoraida and Wilfredo! Lovely people, always willing to help. Their rooms are comfortable, clean and they have a rooftop with ocean view. Our kids had a good time too, we were close (30 meters) to the beach and the pancakes at the wonderful breakfast were a big hit. Thank you Zoraida and Wilfredo for taking such good care of us!

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile.
