The Casa Fina is located in Old Havana, in a modern colonial building that began its operation in the tourist turn in 2016. Mrs. Fina, your hostess, is characterized by a helpful, cheerful and communicative with all its guests and offers a special offer to know a city stopped in time and ideal to rest after a walk of history and emotions.
We put at your disposal 2 air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms each one. The 1st room offers 1 double bed and 1 personal bed and the 2nd room 1 double bed. The rooms include TV, refrigerator, lamps, fan, wall mirror, linen, towels, toiletries, 110V-220V, etc., and we welcome guests 24 hours a day and with a welcome drink upon arrival.
Guests can access any area of the house such as: Living room, kitchen, large terrace, a space for smoking, media such as TV, telephone, refrigerator, bicycle parking, tourist information, visits of friends and children are allowed. The Casa Fina also offers other complementary services such as: Breakfast, lunch and dinner, gym, laundry service, dance class, massage SPA, tourist information, childcare service, transfer in / out Airport-ViAzul.
It is a safe and reliable property, central because it gives you the opportunity to move walking to many places of tourist and commercial interest. How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
