familiar and cozy apartment in the style of the average Cuban family. Is airy, spacious, sunny and has typical furniture from the 1960s to 1980, including other early last century.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building and complete offer.
It consists of: two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen and balcony overlooking one of the most important avenues of the country. Light breakfast included. We offer cleaning services and change of sheets and towels, cleaning supplies ... all included in the price.
We guarantee your stay in safety, hygiene and a good rest, for greater enjoyment of the city and the exquisite climate.
We can offer breakfast, lunch and dinner tasteful at very low prices, if requested.
Located in Central Havana provides access walking to the left to José Martí Plaza de la Revolution and to Vedado; to the right you will come walking to Old Havana starting with the Fraternity Park, Capitol. Central Park and all the historic center of the city, 5 minutes walking also can stroll along the Malecón.
My family is composed; my 23 year old son who is a college student, my mother 82 and I, who in addition to serving the business income of the apartment, working as an engineer. We live on the 4th floor of the building, so we are available to give them the attention and acceptance that you need and deserve.
From our location accessible by taxi, bus or walk to anywhere because we are not many meters from km 0 of the city. Centrally located and accessible to and from any corner of the country, Xiomara House, is surrounded by museums, theaters, shops, restaurants and other sites of cultural and recreational.

About the Area
Our house is located north of the city in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are approx 0 km from the city center and only 15 minutes from the airport by car. The beach 15 km.
The bus stop is just 1 min walk from the house and there are multiple bus lines that stop. The train station is very close to 5 minutes walk and the bus interprovincial (to other cities) to 8 min

House Rules
You can smoke on the balcony, which is spacious and cozy.
Do not scandals at night, respect and preserve the tranquility and hygiene. Utensils and furniture have a cost in case of breakage, but can be negotiated depending on the damage or the guest's intention.
We offer light breakfast. I speak English, Russian, Italian and can offer the interpreter and guide service at the request of the client.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
