La Fuente Room is an independent room for foreign tourists, located a few meters from the Malecón Habanero in the Center of Vedado with excellent conditions, has private entrance very private, air conditioning, fan, personal bathroom with water hot and cold, double bed, and another staff for families with excellent children for a vacation on the island, central location, close to many places of interest, a few blocks from the malecon habanaro, Melia Cohiba Hotels, Hotel Presidente, Hotel Riviera, near Theaters like El Mella , Banks, Exchange Houses, Restaurants etc, transport facility to move around the capital

About the Area
Our House is located to the north of the city, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, we are 3 Kms from Old Havana, only 20 minutes by car from the airport to the apartment, the bus stop is only 1 and 2 blocks walking from the house and there are multiple bus lines at those stops.

House Rules
Discipline, take care of all the equipment and accessories inside the room, take care of the safety of your person and also that of the host complying with all the security rules that will be described at the time of arrival. Une habitation,tres bien situé proche du malecon et pas loin du centre de la Havane ,calme avec un tres bon acceuil et un bon service de Deysel je le recommande vivement;)))
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
