Our family lives in a 5-room house, located in the Nuevo Vedado neighborhood, located in a very quiet area, surrounded by vegetation, overlooking the Havana Forest, ideal for those who love tranquility and privacy or simply prefer Get away from the bustle of the city avenue. Nearby are Avenues 26 and 23 from which it is possible to quickly access the city center.
If you decide to stay longer, nearby you will find the Havana Forest, the Casa de la Musica de Miramar, the Rio Club (formerly Jhonny Dreams), the Cira Garcia International Clinic, the Plaza de la Revolucion, and it is possible to reach the center by taxi in 5-7 minutes.
We have two kitchens, dedicated to guests
Our house has a large patio, full of tropical vegetation, fruit trees and flowers.

One of my best experience living in Cuba. There is wi-fi internet everywhere at home, not stable but it is available. There is hot water. Not always, not well but it is ) And the nature around is great! There is an excellent restaurant "Vida" close to the home. Nice place, nice home, nice family.

Only two comments:About the internet , Cuban houses don't have internet access, our signal is from a close hotspot and we can't do anything about that, the other options are in a public area like parks or in the Hotels paying a high price.
I dont understand your comment about the frecuency of hot water, we have a full hot water system with a water heather in the top of the roof, it works 24 hours a day. The only thing is that you need to wait 2 minutes for hot water, because the house is 25 meters long and the system need to drain the cold water from pipes. I dint receive any compliant about it during your stay.

It was great to stay with Rene and Liana! Excellent breakfast, lots of useful tips for our travel and last not least a very nice apartment. Would go there again when coming back to Havannah.

Rene was very friendly and welcomed us. He gave us both a beer as a welcome gift which was a nice gesture. I had asked if they had a kettle to make tea and he put a coffee machine in the room. He also let us warm up takeaway pizzas in his kitchen and gave us plates etc. A really good place to stay if you want to stop near to the Viazul bus terminus.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
