Casa Zeila is run by friends and their owners, the photo is mine and the one that helps me in the technological part is my son Carlos. We offer a good breakfast, laundry service, parking service very close, 24 hour reception, air conditioning, balcony, double bed, private bathroom, television, minibar and you are helped on your trips around Cuba, we have many contacts in other provinces From the balcony of the room you can see the Malecón Habanero and you can use it to read, talk or have a good breakfast. The room is very airy, comfortable and very private, things that our guests like very much.
It is a comfortable, modern, safe and clean place to be, including a balcony with plants and flowers. Casa Zeila is 400 meters from the sea and 10 minutes walk to Old Havana.
To get to Casa Zeila you can take a taxi at the airport and give the address.

About the Area
You can walk to shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and theaters. La Casa de la Musica, a popular place, is around the corner. Close to us is La Guarida Restaurant, where La Reina Isabel visited from Spain and the Restaurant San Cristobal de La Habana, where President Barack Obama was. In front of the Central Park you can take 2 buses, one gives you a tour of the whole city and ends in La Plaza de la Revolución and the other goes to the Castillo del Morro and Playas del East

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
We have no limitations, we like decent people and are obedient to the established order for private homes. We have been working for 12 years and we have never had problems with the discipline of the guests. They always leave very happy with our services and return them or their families.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
