The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor of a 1950's building in the historic center of Old Havana, sober but functional. It was recently remodeled to improve its aesthetic and functional features. It is fully air-conditioned and has two double rooms, each with its own private bathroom, and all the necessary amenities. Both Rooms share: Living Room, Bar-Breakfast, and Kitchen, as well as Roof Garden.
It is located 100mts from the paula mall, 500mts from the Old Square on Cuba street, and 200mts from the hotel "Shipowners of Santander", 300mts from the Gallery of Craftsmen (San José Warehouses) and the new Factory of Beer, 400mts from the Cruise Terminal, among other attractions, which will allow an incredible trip.
I am available at all times to offer advice to my guests, and also offer light breakfasts.

Our Apartment is located in the center of Old Havana, very central, which allows to easily visit the places of interest for the client who visits us, is very close to the boardwalk, Avenida de Paula, Cuatro Plazas, parks Decorate the city, museums and other attractions that will make your trip a wonderful experience where the old and the new are joined in an indescribable way.

We arrived at the house at 20.30, but no one was waiting for us. We tried to call the owner several times but he didn't answer to our calls, neither call back the day after. We lost the deposit paid on the reservation, too. Luckily we found by ourselves another place for the night that was very nice. In any case, the building is quite old and nearby there are a lot of other accomodations for a lower price .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
