Apartment located on a 7th floor, in Lamparilla street, Old Havana, specifically in the historic CASCO. Apartment composed of 1 heated room, 1 bathroom, hall, kitchen equipped with microwave and refrigerator, living room and terrace, has central hot water, glass windows, from the whole apartment you will have an excellent view of up to 270 degrees throughout the city.
You will have 1 heated and independent room, bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace (from room and terrace beautiful views). The apartment is newly restored, has a TV, air conditioning and refrigerator. Up to 3 people in the room. Come to know Cuba and start with Old Havana, a World Heritage Site. About the Area
Our apartment is located in Old Havana; The oldest part of the Cuban capital, is a mixture of architectural styles, reflection and testimony from different eras. Since 1982 Old Havana was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. You can find several plazas, theaters, castles and fortresses, the bay of Havana, handicrafts, hotels, shops, Cuban paladares with the best of Cuban cuisine.
Old Havana is a necessary place for everyone who wants to know and understand Cuba.

Great Host, superb appartment, every time again!!!

Casa particular ben tenuta e pulita. Si trova in una posizione fantastica per poter visitare tutta la Havana vieja a poca distanza dal Campidoglio dal Floridita e dalla calle Obispo. Il proprietario Yohan è molto disponibile. Purtroppo nel prezzo di circa 70 CUC a notte non è inclusa la colazione. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è quindi abbastanza sproporzionato. Consigliata quindi per l'ottima posizione, e sconsigliata per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Nice appartment, with incredible view. Verry clean. Friendly owner. Not so good mattrass. This appartmentblok does not have a doorbell, so if your lucky you can get in with other people that live there. Once you get to the 7th floor, there's not even a sign on Johan's door.

Muchas gracias por su estancia de 1 noche, normalmente esperamos a nuestros huéspedes en los bajos del edificio y los llevamos la primera vez hasta el apartamento, les entregamos las llaves y luego con la llave en mano los huéspedes podrán entrar al edificio, al apartamento y a la habitación durante la estancia.

Both Yohan and Lester were excellent hosts. The apartment was exactly as seen in the photos. The views from the terrace were excellent. I would not stay anywhere else if I were to go back.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
