About this listing
Our beautiful, spacious, sunny, breezy apartment. contains a kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom. It can accommodate up to five people. It has just been fully renovated and is full of light, typical Cuban atmosphere and good energy. It´s situated in the heart Old Town, next to the Malecon, el Prado, Plaza Vieja, El Capitolio. You will love it!
The Space
This apartment is totaly renovated and has 1 balcony in he living room, 2 balconys in one room and 1 balcony in the second room. It has a terrace where you have view of whole Habana
Guest access
You will have 2 double rooms available with two single beds in each that can be sett together as a confortable double bed. There is a fifth bed that can be sett in one of the 2 rooms or in the living room. You will have access to the kitchen, the living room, the sitting room and you will have 4 balconies available, one balcony in the living room, 2 in one room and one more balcony in the second room.
Interaction with guests
You will have all the help you need during your stay, with tips where to go and where to eat or any help you could need
Other things to note
The building is placed in a corner and so you will be looking from the balconys and be part of the theatrical secnes of La Habana with people dancing, laughing, selling things, listening to music. It´s what akes Habana such a particular place. The neighbours are all very kind and helpful.

About the Area
Situated in Centro Habana we are just a 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town with its many attractions, lively bars and restaurants.
Nearby attractions include the Capitolio Nacional, Museo de la Revolución, the Museum of Fine Art, Parque Central and Paseo del Prado a tree-lined Boulevard leading to the Malecón, the seafront promenade.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Under no circumstances do we accept overnight unregistered guests in our facilities.
No pets allowed.
- No unauthorized overnight guests.
- No smoking or heavy drinking inside the apartment, only on the terrace.
- If you do use the kitchen or barbecue please be kind and clean afterwards.
- If you use the stove or any other electric appliances, please remember to
turn them off.
- An inspection will be done at the end of your stay, if something is broken
guests are responsible to pay for it.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
