Your dream house, the home, is completely independent. A place where you can enjoy a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. It is located just 10 minutes from downtown, in a residential area and very quiet. It consists of a spectacular outdoor restaurant overlooking the city, ideal for sharing with family, play a good domain and take some delicious mojitos. It also features living room, large kitchen with all necessary equipment, two rooms each with its own bathroom (one with Jacuzzi and King side). Another ranchón with a mini ideal for exercising in the mornings, garage and night custodian to ensure our clients maximum security gym. Excellent service includes laundry and cleaning.
We also offer other independent offers budget for the house, such as: breakfast, collected at the airport, modern rental cars, and trips to spectacular places in the country (Viñales, Varadero, Trinidad).
I am a friendly, fun and enthusiastic person. I like to talk, dance and read. perfectly I speak the Italian language and some English domain. I want to share experiences and provide an excellent service, as they deserve. See you there!

About the Area
Located in a quiet and easy access to all sites of Havana neighborhood; just 10 minutes from the old town, a 15 min. International Airport and 20 minutes from the beach is located our house. It is close to tourist attractions and is surrounded by fast food outlets, palates, restaurants, bars, parks and shops. Easy access to transportation, to target any preferred location and / or want.

House Rules
The house is totally independent for guests, they will have complete privacy and have free access to any activity. They can come and go without problems and come when they want. It not allowed to perform parties or make noise at night, so as not to disturb the neighbors, because it is a residential area. Any other situation is negotiable, you come to a mutual agreement.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
