For rent a small but comfortable ground floor apartment set in a two storey mansion in Miramar. It is a beautiful and safe neighborhood, close to many embassies and companies headquarters.
It is located at 100 meters from the coast and the 5ta Avenue. Two blocks from the Karl Marx Theatre and other amenities. Easy access to city center.
The apartment has a private entrance, a living room with a sofa-double bed, and one large bedroom with king size bed and an equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has been recently renovated. Additionally it has lateral patio with clothes line. You will have access to the garden of 40 square meters and there is private parking space.
The apartment includes TV, fans, air conditioning, fridge, stove and washing machine. Hot and cold water without restrictions. Electricity 110-220v.
I can communicate in Spanish, English French, and Italian, and will be living next door.

About the Area
Our house is located north of the city, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are 8km from the historic and old center and only 15 minutes drive from the airport.
The bus stop is just 2 minutes walk from the house and this stop the use several bus lines.
The area is full of cafes, bars and trendy restaurants, and there are also several boutiques and specialty shops.

She's a very nice and kind person, i recomend her if you want to spend time in havana, the place is located in a very nice and comfortable zone, it is very well located. Close to the 5th avenue where the embassys are and close to a very beautiful beach.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
