The house is located in one of the best residential neighborhoods of Havana, about 15 minutes from the Historic Center by car, characterized by its completely quiet and different environment. It has a privileged proximity to the sea, which makes it a very attractive place. The accommodation has the advantage of being close to the 5th Avenue, one of the main arteries of the city, as well as the main Business Center of the city, hotels, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, the Ecological Park (main lung of the city ), theaters, etc.
We have a horizontal property in which we live so we will always be available to offer advice to guests and also a light breakfast in the mornings. The apartment has a balcony available to Avenida 13, hall, living room, dining room, kitchen and two air-conditioned rooms (with air conditioning) with safe, TV, refrigerator and its independent bathrooms with hot and cold water in the showers. You can also enjoy a fixed telephone line with service 24 hours a day and daily cleaning except on Sundays. We have WiFi service about 150 meters from the apartment in a neighboring park, the Internet service can be accessed through prepaid cards.

We have two different spaces at your disposal:
1- Room with Balcony to 13th Avenue, hall, living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom with its interior bathroom.
2- Room and bathroom interior with its separate entrance.

About the Area
We are in the exclusive area of Playa (Miramar), central point of the business world, the best services and the most excellent nightspots in the capital, about 15 minutes from the Old Town. We have a line of private taxis with very economic at about 200 meters from the house on Avenida 84 which also find public transport services prices.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
