About the Area
The area is a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. You can travel safely and safely at any time. There are places to eat at very low prices. Not far away is the green area of Havana, which includes Lenin Park, the National Zoo and the wonderful Botanical Garden. There are basic shops and small neighborhood markets.
How to get around
In front of the house pass bus routes to various areas of the city. The taxi service can also be hired from the owner.

House Rules
We hope that guests feel at home. Upon arriving they delivered the keys to the house and can access it freely. Only expected of them appropriate behavior, respecting the tranquility of others.
- No parties or events allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. On the other hand, if it is possible to do it on the terrace.
- No loud music or loud noise is allowed. That may disturb the neighbors.
- Extra people to the reservation are not allowed, except with the previous consent of the host.

This family helped us so much we really recommend staying here!
The apartment has a lot of space, you can watch the sun set and rise from the accessible roof and enjoy the Terrasse with a view to the garden. We felt really secure at this place, enjoyed the time with the family and ate great cuban food!
They helped us when we had money problems at the end of our journey, this family has it's heart in the right place you won't regret staying here!

Sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr nette Empfang. Abgeschlossene Garage, wenn man mit ein Mietauto kommt. Sehr grosses Früstück mit liebe gemacht. Es ist ein Appartment mit 2 Zimmer. Groß genug. Danke für alles
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
