Our apartment is a place where the hospitality and the atmosphere that is breathed will transmit tranquility and security. We have a little more than 10 years of experience in this business, during which time we have received clients who come to spend a short stay because they come as tourists, as well as a long stay because they come to study or carry out another type of activity in our country. The most important thing is our guest, that their last day at home, be the same and even better on the day of their arrival, that they feel calm, safe and that they can enjoy their stay in Cuba.
We are located in one of the best areas of Vedado, very close to well-known hotels such as ROC Presidente and the Meliá Cohíba, 100 meters from the Malecón, a few steps from Avenida de los Presidentes, famous for its monuments and parks, surrounded by various restaurants, cafeterias, areas with WIFI connection, Banking Institutions, exchange houses (CADECA), theaters, Beauty Salons and only 3 KM from Old Havana.
We rent an apartment with 2 large independent rooms properly air conditioned and comfortable, each one with its private bathroom, hangers for clothes and other amenities and with its own set of independent keys. Both rooms can be for single and double use.
The apartment also has a portal, a spacious living room, a dining room, and a properly equipped kitchen.

We are located in one of the best areas of Vedado, just two blocks from the Malecon Habanero and surrounded by very good and varied restaurants, theaters, museums, beauty salons, nightclubs, hotels and places with Internet connection.
Vedado-Malecón has a very central location, which allows customers to go for a walk and can easily know the main places of the City.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
